Sanitation Audits
We maintain a facility designed specifically for the safe storage of food ingredients. In addition to internal management audits, we employ a third party Food Safety and Sanitation Consultant (www.asifood.com) to conduct an unannounced audit of our operation, policies and procedures twice per year.
The maximum grade on their rating system is 1000, with 900 receiving an "Excellent" award, their top rating.
